Consultants log their authorized project hours weekly via our secure online Timesheet Portal. Once client project approval is submitted, invoices are automatically generated, eliminating manual invoicing friction.

Payment is made monthly in arrears. Crucially, B2E pays our independent consultants for authorized completed work regardless of whether the end-client has settled payment with B2E. We bear the commercial cash-flow bridge, protecting our practitioners.

We provide formal Status Determination Statements (SDS) for all client engagements. Inside IR35 roles can be engaged via PAYE (Temporary Agency Worker) with rolled-up holiday pay or approved Umbrella partners. Outside IR35 roles are contracted via the consultant's Personal Services Company (PSC) with requisite commercial insurances.

All candidates undergo rigorous pre-engagement screening compliant with the Conduct of Employment Agencies Regulations 2003 and UK GDPR. Through partnerships with Verifile and Horus Security Consultancy Ltd, we conduct ID verification, Right to Work, criminal record checks, credit checks, directorship audits, and BPSS-level security screening.

Generative AI tools are utilized strictly to assist human talent partners with CV summarization and role mapping under controlled data parameters. No automated decision-making with legal effect is conducted; every candidate profile is personally reviewed by a human partner. AI vendor models are strictly barred from training on candidate data.
